
Nike continues its aggressive rollout of the restored “Big Bubble” Nike Air Max 95 with the return of another fan-favorite colorway. Slated to return this June, the “Fresh Mint” is officially making its comeback for the first time since 2019, once again bringing back one of the most celebrated non-original Air Max 95 releases ever created. Originally introduced in 2009, the “Fresh Mint” colorway quickly earned semi-cult status among Air Max enthusiasts thanks to its clean gradient upper paired with subtle mint green accents throughout the lace loops, branding, and Air cushioning. While the colorway may not trace back to Sergio Lozano’s original 1995 lineup, it has long been considered one of the strongest modern interpretations of the silhouette. The 2026 version arrives with two key differences. Most notably, the sneaker now features Nike’s restored “Big Bubble” Air unit construction, recreating the larger-volume Air bags associated with earlier Air Max 95 production. Additionally, this year’s launch is expected to release exclusively in women’s sizing as it shares the same product number as the “Pink Foam” 95s.
