Frequently Asked Questions

Our composite rankings aggregate numerical ratings from multiple independent scouting sources. Each player's final score is the weighted average of all sources; national, position, and state ranks are then calculated from that composite.

We revise rankings on a rolling basis as new information becomes available — after major tournaments, commitment announcements, or significant performance changes. Full class-year recalculations run monthly.

Email tips@offsznnetwork.com with the player's name, class year, and the correction you're proposing. Include sources when possible. Our editors review every submission.

Every state — national rankings, commitments, and news for all 50 plus DC. Arizona and California have the deepest local coverage (we launched there first); the rest is expanding state-by-state through 2027 toward the same depth. See /coverage for the full tier breakdown.

We're prioritizing the highest-talent hoops states (TX, FL, GA, NC, NY, IL, OH, PA, VA, IN) in 2026 before filling in the rest. National rankings, commitments, and the transfer portal already work across every state today — the gap is in granular high school + AAU rosters, which we're building out. See /coverage for the live tier map.

Football coverage goes live fall 2026. Softball is on the roadmap.
