Massamba Diop Commits To Gonzaga
Mark Few got his guy. After weeks of waiting, a tense two-horse race with Rick Pitino's St. John's, and an NIL offer from the Red Storm that reportedly ranked among the largest in program history, 7-foot-1 Arizona State transfer Massamba Diop announced his commitment to Gonzaga on Tuesday evening, handing the Zags the most coveted big man left in the transfer portal and the kind of rim-protecting anchor they have not had since Chet Holmgren wore the jersey in 2021-22.
