Why the Class of 2030?#
The Class of 2030 is one of the most intriguing groups of young talent to emerge from Arizona in years. The AAU landscape has compressed evaluation timelines dramatically — coaches are identifying prospects in middle school, and the families navigating that process deserve a resource that cuts through the noise.

How We Evaluated Them#
Our scouting team spent the 2025–2026 grassroots season at tournaments across the Southwest — from the Nike EYBL circuit to smaller regional showcases where tomorrow's stars surface early. No player in our rankings was evaluated from tape alone. Every prospect was seen in person, multiple times, under game conditions.
We cross-referenced our live evaluations with footage from AAU tournaments, middle school championships, and elite camp settings. Where college coaches had already formed opinions on a prospect, we sought their perspective — without letting it override what we saw ourselves.
What's Next#
This is a living document. The spring grassroots season is just getting started, and rankings movement is coming. We'll update the Class of 2030 board after each major evaluation period — summer EYBL, fall showcases, and the December live periods.
